Sperry Van Ness Whitney Commercial Real Estate is seeking aggressive, ambitious marketing professionals to expand our real estate investment sales team in the Western North Carolina market as a Commercial Real Estate Associate Advisor. Successful experience as a real estate broker or agent is preferred but not required.  Associates will learn how to evaluate, market, and sell investment properties valued in excess of $1 million, operating in a commission-only environment.  We will hire only those applicants that understand success is the result of hard work, goal setting and the desire to succeed.  Six figure incomes by the second year are the norm, not the exception.

 

Associates will be required to obtain a real estate license prior to starting their career with Sperry Van Ness. As an Associate you will attend the Sperry Van Ness week-long Training and Orientation, which will teach all aspects of the investment real estate brokerage business. Each new Associate will be assigned a Senior Advisor who will serve as a mentor. The tools and training provided will assist you in the development of a long and successful career in commercial real estate.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferably business/real estate emphasisThe ability to develop positive working relationships with clients and staffGood written and verbal communication skillsAbove average analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to learn and interpret property investment data and analysis.
