Resolute is offering a unique opportunity for a commercial real estate professional to be a part of the office condo revolution taking place throughout the US.

 

This position will be responsible for the sales and marketing of office and industrial condos we acquire or develop. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Directing the marketing process of each project including media, signage, internet, collateral materials, broker outreach, and marketing events. Informing management of business development efforts and recommend strategic changes that benefit sales efforts. Developing thorough knowledge of competitors' products, services, pricing, and clients. Managing legal review and production of contract and condominium documents. Responsible for the production and management of a sales and marketing plan, including a detailed marketing budget, and updating and reporting on the plan as required by the team members.

 

Key success factors include:An active Colorado real estate license preferred A minimum of a 4 year college degree 5-7 years of commercial real estate experience is preferred Communicate effectively and persuasively Highly motivated and able to work on an established small team Good sense of humor Creative thinking Multi-task and establish priorities Flexible in approach to people, projects and assignments Highly organized and able to maintain clarity in changing environments Ability to represent the firm with the highest level of professionalism in knowledge and image Ability to assess/recommend growth/improvement performance/process opportunities Self-motivated and highly skilled problem solver and decision maker
