 BA in Finance, Real Estate or related Field Formal Credit Training from a Bank or Money Center Minimum 5 solid years of Commercial Real Estate Underwriting experience is required Proficiency with Excel and Word Software Familiararity with standard industry analytical software (e.g. ARGUS) is required Ability to analyze personal financial statements and cash flow is required Willingness to do the ?grunt? work on the loan Must be familiar with underwriting loans for Retail Strip Malls, !00 Unit or larger multi-family residences, Commercial Office Space and more Proficiency with internet research required Other duties as may be required with underwriting
