American Appraisal Associates, the international leader in valuation services for over 100 years, has an opportunity for a experienced commercial real estate appraiser in our Atlanta office.

In this position, you will prepare appraisal and consulting reports for institutional owners/advisors, lenders and corporate owners. Successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in real estate or related field, 2-6 years experience appraising commercial and income producing properties and excellent PC skills. Experience with Argus/Dyna software required. You must be detail-oriented, able to work independently and handle several projects at once. Additionally, you must possess a professional manner and be comfortable communicating with people at all corporate levels. This position does require some travel.
