Community Associations Manager HOA

Richmond American Homes is one of Las Vegas' top builders with over 60 communities under production at this time. We are looking for 2 Home Owners Association managers to manage the initial creation of new community HOA and then hand them over to a property management company.

 

Job Description:

Manages all aspects of company?s Homeowners? Associations, attends meetings as representative of company while it is declarant.

 

Essential Job Functions: Serves as company?s representative at HOA meetings. Coordinates with property management companies to establish HOA?s from company?s communities. Coordinates with attorneys to prepare Public Offering Statements, CC&R?s. Educates Sales Associates and HOA?s on common area elements. Expedites the common area turnover with construction and land departments. Distributes POS and CC&R?s to Board and management company. Works with property management company to prepare the HOA budget. Creates and records any additional documents, i.e., Annexations and Assignments and Assumptions. Selects and monitors property management company to ensure compliance with NRS and CC&R?s.



Minimum Requirements:

Education: College Degree preferred in either Business and/or Public Relations

 

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in HOA and/or management of HOA?s

 

Salary Range : DOE  $35-$45K plus $200/month auto allowance
