Community Manager - Palm Bay

AIMCO is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our conventional apartment community in Palm Bay. These service-oriented professionals will supervise and perform overall management operations including, but not limited to, budget and forecast preparation, marketing, sales, revenue/expense control, and resident & employee relations. Additional responsibilities include leasing, and insuring through supervision of the office team that all required sales techniques and methods are used effectively.

 REQUIREMENTS:

?Minimum of 5 years related experience required.
?Previous SALES experience and the ability to meet sales goals required.
?Previous experience utilizing scripts to sell products or services preferred.
?Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task.
?Strong communication and follow-up skills.
?The ability to be assertive and professional in attracting passive customers.
?Weekends and holidays required.
