REQUIREMENTS


Community Manager: is responsible for maintaining a high residential occupancy level through effective motivation, marketing, understanding and following current market conditions. Also must have knowledge of budgeting and achieving financial goals, qualifying prospective residents, verifying applications and overseeing the daily operations and maintenance for the community. Requirements: Previous On-site Property Management experience required. Community manager candidates must have budget and finance experience.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and well organized with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team to consistently meet goals.

 

Leasing Manager: Qualified candidates will possess extensive leasing and supervisory experience.
