Community/Property Manager

Lincoln Park-area apartment community seeks experienced Community Manager.  The manager will maintain positive relations with residents and employees as well as possessing the ability to manage and organize paperwork flow and to coordinate maintenance issues.  Managers will hire, train, motivate, and manage a small staff of employees as well as collect rent.
