POSITION SUMMARY

 

Reporting to the Division Sales Manager/Director, the Community Sales Manager serves as the primary sales person for the project and is responsible for meeting home sales goals and managing home sales transaction through escrow for homebuyers at a community project.  Oversees sales associate(s) in the sale of single-family homes or condominiums including the hiring and training of sales personnel.  May also conduct market research and provide input for advertising for the project.  Other duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

AA degree and a minimum of two years related new home sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a CA Real Estate license in good standing.

 

The ideal candidate will have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, have excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices, and should have knowledge of MS Office Suite (including Word and Excel) and Internet software.  Must work well independently and as a member of a high performance team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, unstructured environment.

 

This FULL-TIME, COMMISSION  position regularly works five days a week to include weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (exact hours and days to be determined) offering a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits including 401(k) with Company Match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Chiropractic, Life/ADD, LTD, EAP, Vacation, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays, Fitness Club Membership and more.
