?The Position
?
Assist the compliance director in overseeing the Bohan Group?s implementation of its compliance interface within BRAIN? (?Bohan Risk Analysis Information Network?).? To that end the compliance analyst would assume or assist with the many duties of the director.
?
Specific Job Functions
?
? Answering compliance questions phoned in from field personnel
? Reviewing outside legal counsel memoranda
? Extracting applicable data from statutes
? Writing bullet-point synopses
? Developing criteria driven exception codes
? Review compliance-related periodicals to stay abreast of issues
?

? Some familiarity with research tools such as Compli-Source, Lexis-Nexis, etc.
