Contract Review Specialist

Southwest Alliance of Asset Managers, LLC provides management and marketing services to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development?s (HUD) single-family program in Texas is currently seeking a contract review specialist for our Austin, TX office.  Experience in real estate sales or the mortgage industry is essential.  Good computer skills are a must. Good customer service skills including written and verbal correspondence are required.  Must be detail and deadline oriented and like a fast work pace.  

Duties to Include but are not limited to:Reviewing sales contract packages to ensure all documents are in the packages and that they are correct Data entry and scanningReturning phone calls and meeting with agents/brokers in lobby concerning all aspects of the contract.  Assisting others within department as needed.Facilitating amendments to sales contracts
