Controller/TIMBERLINE EXPERT
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST BE A TIMBERLINE EXPERT!!!!!!!!
? Monitor job cost systems to effectively measure gross profit, work in process and percentage of completion.
? Cash management, budget management, prepare and maintain various contracts and documents including non disclosure agreements, sub contractor agreements, lines of credit and other banking documents, etc.
? Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of annual, quarterly, and monthly financial reports. Including identifying and explaining significant budget variances.
? Reconcile AIA documents and continually calculate project savings and interest reserve savings.
? Prepare development cost budgets and cash flow analysis pricing for new business opportunities.
? Prepare loan request packages for newly awarded projects.
? Prepare presentations for owners, insurance companies and banks.
? Directly work with all project managers to resolve costing discrepancies, budget changes and overruns.
Establish and monitor accounting policies and internal control procedures.
