Culture Administrator
In collaboration with Loan Administration Cultural Management team and initiatives, the Culture Administrator is responsible for evolving the culture of Countrywide Tax Services Corporation (CTSC) to achieve objectives that support the overall mission of CTSC and that are in alignment with Loan Administration.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop, administer, and provide reporting on employee surveys.
- Work with Training to create and maintain cultural management tools and training.
- Work with Managers to ensure cultural strategies are implemented within their organizations and organizational development plans for future.
- Oversee reporting process of scorecards (Customer Service, Training, Staffing, etc) and address governance and/or improvement opportunities as related to culture.
- Manage Loan Administration initiatives to improve culture, communication, and manage organizational development such as the "Know The Details Program".
- Develop reporting for Senior Management of progress, survey results, and strategic plans, impacting organizational development.
- Manage and direct staff in supporting culture initiatives.
- Monitor and oversee progress made on divisional culture objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings ensuring sufficient progress is being made on various initiatives.
- Coordinate a strategy for CTSC to be in complete alignment with Loan Administration cultural goals and best practices.
A successful candidate will have:
- Bachelors Degree in Organizational development, Social Science, or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years experience.
- Experience in a position of progressive responsibility within organizational development. This includes training, staff management, production capacity, project management, and the administration of department goals and objectives.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a diverse workload and coordinate the activities of diverse groups (with competing objectives) in multiple locations.
- Ability to develop (written) and present proposals, negotiate consent, build teams and generate a spirit of cooperation.
