McKinley, a national leader in real estate and property management, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor at Candlewyck Aparments, a 500unit community located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

 



As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will assist with all scheduling of service requests and day-to-day service operations at our apartment community.  Duties will include: answers customer service phone line, takes service requests from residents, answers email service requests from residents, input service request into database or spreadsheet, using appropriate software, inputs completed service requests and inputs all follow up service request, update and maintain major replacement histories, set up and maintain inventory control.  Also assists with walking units, common areas, and property, assists with purchasing, assists with notices to residents that are maintenance related, assists with coding and processing maintenance Purchase Orders and invoices and assist with budget control.

 

Qualifications include:One to two years related experience and/or training; or high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Basic knowledge of customer service and maintenance tasks. Strong and effective communications skills; Customer Service skills a must.
