Customer Service Specialist This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in a career in the Mortgage/Finance industry. As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you'll analyze detailed mortgage loan information and provide knowledgeable and friendly telephone customer service and assistance to our borrowers. Our Specialist are committed to identifying problems and providing effective solutions that best meet the needs of the company and our customers. POSITION REQUIREMENTS * Degree and/or equivalent work experience * At least 1 year of Customer Service or call center experience required * PC literacy (Excel and Word preferred) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required * Answers customer calls / e-mails in a satisfactory time frame. * Performs administrative tasks to support the Loan Servicing group: Processes payoffs, reconciles Escrow accounts, reviews documents for accuracy and completeness, and prepares daily reports. * Produce and mail all Welcome and Release letters along with Monthly Billing Statements. * Maintain accurate notes in the servicing system. Makes system changes as needed by the Collections Department. * Work on special projects as assigned, and maintain a positive working relationship with company employees, borrowers and other internal and external customers We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to fill 8 part time positions. The shifts will be 8am to 1pm and 1pm to 6pm.
