Detroit CRA Mortgage Representative

You will be responsible for originating 1-4 family real estate loan applications referred by community groups, CDC's, realtors, etc. which are active within targeted CRA lending markets. All applications are to be originated in accordance with Comerica Mortgage's policies and procedures as well as Secondary Market investor requirements. You will also generate, originate, and manage closing process for $5 million in conventional and government loans as well as develop internal and external referral channels as sources of mortgage business.

To qualify, you must have 2 years of mortgage experience and experience closing $5.5 million in conventional and government loans on an annual basis. You must also have 1 year experience both integrating within the internal bank sources that generate CRA target results within the bank and working independently in a fast-paced mortgage environment.
