We seek an experienced Dialer Administrator to join our team. The position is located in our Irving, TX office.

This position will be primarily responsible for:

 

Setting up call tables in adherence with Call Strategy set. Maintaining strategies and tables based on Agent workforce and departmental productivity. Updating daily reports for all departments serviced as well as for anyone who utilizes the Concerto Platform.  Analytics on call center measurements as well as trending must be done actively on a daily basis. Focusing on all onsite dialer issues/tasks and being able to escalate and prioritize for further action.Balancing and meeting deliverables for departmental projects delegated by the manager. Interfacing with all departments they service and maintaining relations.

The ideal candidate possesses:

 Minimum 3 years of Collections, Call Center, Dialer Management experience Strong knowledge of real estate collections practices, dialer knowledge, Concerto a plus. Demonstrated ability to implement and manage dialer strategy. Effective oral and written communications skills. Strong analytical and organization skills. Strong PC experience, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. Background in Concerto a plus, or knowledge with Mosaix, Melita, or Genesys Contact Management Systems.
