First Mortgage Corporation has been specializing in home loans for nearly 40 years.  We have several branches through out California, Nevada, Washington and Arizona. 

 

We are looking for a branch manager with a minimum of 5 years related/industry experience. 

 

Our branch managers are producing managers.  The ideal candidate has a current book of business and loan officer that will follow. Our loan officers are out in the field and not in a call center environment.  We are looking for someone to staff, build, and manage their branch.  Each office is its own cost center; therefore you'll be responsible for your P & L in that branch.   

 

Compensation consists of generous salary, commission, production override and annual profit bonus. 401(k) & excellent additional company benefits are also available.
