Director of Marketing

We are a sub-prime mortgage lender located in Orange, CA, with anticipated budget of 2.5 to 3 million for marketing, depending on growth. We are looking for a Director of Marketing that will report directly to Senior Management, and will spearhead creative efforts and manage marketing- and call center-related activities. Current experience in the mortgage industry is required.

 

Primary Responsibilities: (but not limited to)

 

? Must research competition, generate collateral materials, and create and maintain customer database.

? Responsible for tracking campaigns, monitoring response, and measuring data and performance, and make  adjustments accordingly to maintain or exceed company profitability goals.

? Responsible for creating and managing successful marketing campaigns through multiple mediums such as media purchases, internet leads, print ads, direct mailers, and predictive dialing.

? Responsible for selecting and maintaining vendor/outside service providers relationships, working in conjunction with Senior Management to negotiate contracts and terms for major services

? Works with direct reports to accomplish the overall goals of the marketing department and coordinates with other members of the management team to align marketing strategy to profitability goals

? Develops and operates the marketing budgets for the business unit and ensures execution of goals and objectives



Qualifications?Education and Experience

 

?  A successful proven track record with 2+years progressive sub prime experience.

? Must have retail marketing experience of a similar size company and grown that to a larger company.

?  Sales & Marketing with an extensive mortgage marketing background and experience with market research.

?Bachelor?s Degree in marketing, business or related field.

?Track record of utilizing market-driven strategies to increase bottom-line sales results.

?Excellent presentation and creative skills.

?Ability to track, document, measure and strategize business plans for ongoing success.

?  Ability to manage a staff and work with all levels of management to promote teamwork in a very fast-paced environment.
