recruitingmanager.com, Inc. is currently conducting a search for a Director of Sales for a leading Bay Area-based provider of end-to-end automated mortgage compliance solutions for the financial services industry.  This six year old company markets automated decision & reporting tools and professional services to large and mid-sized mortgage originators to help ensure regulatory compliance.  This company is industry recognized and recently received significant investment from a high visibility, $8B Fortune 300 mortgage technology conglomerate.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Director of Sales will be responsible for selling the company?s technology solutions to financial institutions and will have direct account responsibility for mortgage originators and mortgage service providers.  Responsibilities include:

 Manage a select list of strategic accounts while working from company?s headquartersLeverage experience selling enterprise software solutions to the financial services industryMonitor sales activity and develop sales performance outlooks to ensure strategic and revenue goals are metInterface with clients & experts in compliance/legal, production, and IT departmentsMaintain ongoing client relationships with assigned accounts, assist in contract negotiations, and close new businessCollaborate with company sales resources and partner channelsAttend industry conferences as needed

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

 Thorough knowledge of the mortgage lending/servicing industryMinimum of 5+ years of relevant industry sales experienceStrong familiarity with selling enterprise software solutions to the financial services industry with a good understanding of software sales lifecycle in the mortgage or a related industryMust be a ?hunter? with a demonstrated ability to learn quicklyStrong verbal and written communication skillsTop notch professionalismStrong organization skills and self-motivation with the ability to follow throughAbility to think and act analytically & strategicallyWorking knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and additional business applicationsAbility to travel as required to clients and industry conferencesBachelor?s Degree preferred
