Real Estate Disposition Manager
Responsibilities:
The Disposition Manager executes TJXs Disposition Strategy to minimize financial liability for all properties slated for disposition. Establishes and maintains productive relationships with landlord, developers, and brokers to facilitate the disposition of real estate. Additional responsibilities include:
Manage outside broker relationships to accomplish disposition goals. May require travel to sites.
Work with corporate legal department to develop contracts and document completed deals.
Conduct financial analysis to assess value of deals and benchmark anticipated savings.
Establish policies and develop reports to document deals and savings, share findings with
Senior Management.
Liaise with Management, Research Department, Real Estate Director, and Finance Department to facilitate data capture and review.
Must have strong knowledge of all aspects of Commercial/Retail Real Estate to include; property market rent values, broker industry standards, lease language, and competitive activity.
Minimum 5 years Commercial Real Estate experience
Strong analytical and negotiating skills
Ability to work in a fast-pace team environment
Superior verbal and written communication
