Essential Responsibilities:

Oversight of all aspects of management of multiple units.

?

District Managers enforce consistent implementation and execution of policies and procedures of Southwest Housing.

?

Responsible for the tactical execution and communication of the company strategic direction.

?

Responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of community programs.

?

Develop and manage individual site business plans including, sales goals and marketing positioning, people, asset quality, and financial goals and objectives.

?

Must be able to describe the overall makeup: strengths, weaknesses and needs of each property in the portfolio.

?

Determine, implement and follow up on any corrective action plans for deficiencies found at a property.

?

Skills required:

?

Some College preferred or equivalent related experience.

?

Typically 6-8 years related Skills preferred.

?

Experience working with LIHTC laws and regulations.

?

Very strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and letter writing
