Due Diligence Coordinator - Redmond, WA

The position of Due Diligence and Entitlements Coordinator, working within an exciting, fast paced industry, responsible for developing resorts, both nationally and internationally. Duties will entail assisting with, and providing administrative support for Due Diligence Directors and Managers, in activities required to determine feasibility of new resort developments. Responsibilities will include:
On-line research gathering information from local jurisdictions regarding zoning, ordinances, entitlement processes, etc.
Create and maintain Due Diligence data bases.
Create and maintain project schedules / timelines.
Create and maintain Due Diligence filing systems
Request proposals from outside consultants, manage and issue contracts.
Invoice processing and tracking.
Manage and track Due Diligence budgets.
Prepare PowerPoint and informational presentation materials.
Prepare and maintain project notebooks.
Computer and IT assistance.

Requirements:?  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.?  High competencies in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.?  Confident self-starter and able to work independently.?  Strong organizational skills.?  Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.?  Ability for occasional travel. Preferred:
College degree with preferred relevant experience in / exposure to, real estate, development, construction, or land planning helpful.
Bilingual (Spanish) as plus
