EXECUTIVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

MULTI-SITE MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

 

Great opportunity with a growing Texas Company for advancement for a take-charge person.  Must have extensive experience in market-rate and tax-credit property management of apartments.

 

  Compensation open ? based on experience

We are looking for a person to lead the management company from the current 12-15 properties to the next level.  The position is involved with the start-up of new properties.  It has complete responsibility for all phases of property management operations.  This person will have property managers reporting to them.

 Managing all properties to ensure efficient operationsOversee the start-up of new propertiesDevelop the management planPrepare budgets, review financial statementsMonitor budgets and overall performance of propertiesOptimize rental incomeAssure Property Management team maximizes collections by minimizing delinquent rent, vacancy, rental incentivesOversee and ensure adherence to Management PoliciesHire, train, motivate, supervise, discipline, and terminate property level employeesCoordination with on-site maintenance staff to ensure quality customer serviceDevelop and review marketing plans/advertising for propertiesAssist Accounting Department in all reporting, accounting and budget reviews of propertiesApprove property expensesVisit communities on a regular basisFile/supervise filing of all local state and federal reporting

 

Requirements:

 Knowledge and understanding of Fair Housing laws, Section 8, and Section 42 (Low, Income Tax Credits)Excellent computer skills, previous experience on property management softwareProven leadership abilityA minimum of 10 years in multi-family experience including multi-site supervisionSelf-starterMust have ability to handle multiple tasksExperience in turning over a property from construction to management
