CIG Realty & Loans is a full service real estate and loan corporation, with offices in Burlingame, Sacramento, San Jose and Danville, and also have three offices outside of California: New Mexico, Arizona, Florida.In addition, we are?in the process of opening?new offices in?Minnesota,?Georgia?and Hawaii. We offer all aspects of financing residential, commercial, construction, SBA and Hard/Private Money: our land development and investment products are used throughout California. We lend in over THIRTY states, including hot markets like: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas and more. In. We have our own internal underwriting and processing team, proprietary loan tracking software and over 100 lenders to choose from, including HARD MONEY.
CIG is EXPANDING and seeking professional SELF-STARTERS. If you are accepted (see below), you will be provided 3 to 5 FRESH leads EVERY day. These leads are from a reputable, nationally recognized source and are from MOTIVATED borrowers looking for solutions to their problems ? not just shoppers. ??
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* 1 year of mortgage industry SALES experience (preferably 2 years)
* Ability to work FULL TIME ? these leads come in EVERY day, ALL day
* EXCELLENT communications skills
* Focus on exceptional customer service
* Willingness to learn new closing techniques

If you are selected, you will receive EXTENSIVE classroom training on CIG PROVEN closing strategies, working knowledge of our lending processes and CIG procedures for lead distribution, compliance and underwriting. Upon completion of training AND managerial acceptance, you will be provided 3 to 5 FRESH leads EVERY day.
