Entry Level Analyst

Growing Private National Real Estate Acquisitions firm with over $400M in assets seeks an organized, detailed person for the following responsibilities:

 

Analyst: run analytic models, conduct financial analysis on critical deal points, prepare investment packages, prepare post acquisitions summaries, market research, update presentations, update financial performance info, and maintain databases.

 

Administration: maintain deal time lines/status reports regarding deals in progress, conduct follow up on deal points, detailed organization of deal related paperwork/filing, and general office management.

 

Excellent opportunity to gain experience learning the full spectrum of real estate in a firm conducting a large volume of real estate acquisitions nationwide annually, working with good people.

 

Required:

College Degree or very successful in business field

1-2 years work experience

Knowledge of Excel required

Excellent organization skills required

Strong professional communication skills

Understanding and interest in Commercial Real Estate
