Escrow Officer

First American's Maple Valley, WA office is seeking an experienced and motivated Escrow Officer to complete their office team. Responsible for the fiduciary tasks necessary to facilitate and bring to successful conclusion complex escrows, requiring detailed technical knowledge.

Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of five years experience as an Escrow Officer, be computer savvy including escrow related software and have strong math skills to include financing calculation abilities.

In addition to strong escrow closing skills, the qualified candidate will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:


Strong Customer Service orientation

Strong computer skills

Basic title knowledge

Ability to handle a closing from start to finish

Good with figures and balancing files accurately

Excellent verbal & interpersonal communication skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Ability to multi-task accurately in a fast paced environment

Highly organized and able to prioritize

Ability and willingness to participate in the sales process

Self motivated

Team player
