We are currently looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant that has experience in the mortgage lending industry (Wholesale Lending Preferred).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist the SVP with administrative duties and various projects involving the central region branches? operations.
*Prepare monthly reports as required. 
*Primary Contact person for the central region management and staff. 
*Review and manage vendor contracts as necessary. 
*Coordinate and make travel arrangements as needed. 
*Schedule and coordinate various meetings for the SVP. 
*Coordinate special events (Director?s monthly meeting, monthly staff meeting, trainings, etc.) with room reservation, catering, attendee listings, invitations, etc. 
*Daily management of the OPI system (accounts payable) for the central region. 
*Process check requests as needed. 
*Order printing, supplies and ad specialties. 
*Provide support to Account Executives. 
*Manage FedEx Passkey Program. 
*Handle building management issues with Property Management. 
*Additional Duties/Projects as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites to Include:
*WORD (Advanced Level)
*EXCEL (Advanced Level)
*POWERPOINT (Intermediate to Advanced Level)
*PUBLISHER (Intermediate to Advanced Level)

Administrative Assistant degree and/or 3 to 5 years of related experience 
Office management experience. 
Must be able to work independently.
Possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Must be detail oriented and possess a high level of interpersonal skills.
Effectively communicate information to staff and other 3rd parties.
Excellent Verbal and Written skills.
