Experienced Commercial Lease Abstractor

Mohr Partners, Inc., a commercial real estate advocate located in Addison,  has a great opportunity for an experienced commercial lease adstractor with experience on the tenant side. Must have present or recent experience as a lease abstractor with heavy abstract database responsibilities.  Responsibilities include:

 

* Assist in the collection of lease information from landlords and clients.
* Track and review payables and receivables for accuracy.
* Generate and distribute quarterly and ad hoc reports.
* Maintain leases for client(s) in a tracking database.
* Work to solve lease issues for Portfolio Account Manager and corporate clients.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and Portfolio Account Managers.
* Abstract and interpret commercial leases.
* Audit escalations, CAM, and Real Estate Tax invoices.

Requirements:

 

* Must have prior work experience in a commerical real estate environment abstracting leases from the tenant side.
* Must have outstanding communication skills.
* Must be very customer service oriented.
* Must pay attention to detail.
* Must be highly computer literate with lease administration database and auditing experience.
* Must have experience resolving conflicts.
