Growing North Atlanta Mortgage Company is seeking qualified candidates to fill 5 Sr. Loan Officer positions.

 

 

Job Purpose:

Answer incoming calls from interested prospects and set loan application appointments as appropriate.  Develop and Maintain relationships with customers and business referral sources.  Gather necessary information to properly process loan applications and deliver applications to underwriting.  Price and lock loans and attend all closings.

Skills/Qualifications:

1-2 Years experience in a high volume environment.  Comprehensive understanding of conforming, non-conforming, government, alt-a and sub-prime lending practices.  Enthusiastic performer with the desire to learn and earn $10-25K per month.

 

Duties:

 

* Obtains new mortgage loan applications by consulting with prospects as provided by company and developing relationships within the community.

* Approves mortgage loans by examining application and supporting documentation; estimating credit-worthiness; calculating repayment risk.

* Completes mortgage loans by monitoring collection, verification, and preparation of mortgage loan documentation; scheduling and completing mortgage loan closing.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
