If you live in the greater Temecula area, have several years of Loan Processing background from a residential mortgage environment, have an excellent work ethic and understand why it is important to document each loan transaction on the computer before leaving each day, you?ll find our position a dream come true.

 

Direct Funding is the most successful Mortgage Banker in the area.  We close an average of 80-100 loans per month with $30 million + in monthly volume!  We have over 60 employees located in Temecula which includes in-house Escrow and in-house Funding.  We doubled our office space last year and are now building our own offices off Enterprise Circle North and Winchester.  We are a Broker as well as a Banker, have a warehouse line and spend $200,000 + /month on leads for our Loan Officers.  You can imagine why our Loan Processors make more each month too!

 

We need YOU to help us keep up with all the business at Direct Funding.

 

Your hours will be 8:30 am ? 5:30 pm Monday ? Friday.  However, you must be available for overtime during occasional heavy business phases.  Our position includes base salary + incentives per closed file.
