Experienced Regional Property Manager Needed!!

National, owner-operated property management company seeks a dynamic, experienced senior level residential multi family property management professional to fill a Regional Manager position.  Position will be based in Miami Beach with a portfolio of properties in the South/Central Florida area.This position will also work on specific operational projects/tasks as requested in support of the VP and/or the President of Property Management Operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:Oversight of all aspects of management of multiple apartment communities Communication and tactical execution of the company strategic direction, systems and programs Ensuring consistent implementation of processes and procedures across all properties Direct, develop and ensure implementation of individual property business plans. Oversight of all leasing activities, marketing plans, people, asset quality, financial goals and objectives

 

Requires:3 - 5 years of MULTI SITE multifamily property management experience Previous Residential  (rental apartment) property management experience, preferably in South/Central Florida required. Commercial and/or condo property management experience is not a substitute!Strong sales/marketing focus; proven ability to significantly drive up occupancy  Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task and work effectively under pressure Strong leader and motivator of a team College degree, preferable in Business Admin or Management w/strong financial acumen  CPM and/or CAM certification desirable Yardi Voyager experience preferred Bilingual preferred but not required
