Job Description:

 

1)  Responsible for interfacing with title and escrow companies in relation to acquisition/disposition/refinancing of commercial properties.

2)  Provide financial analysis and reporting on all matters relating to acquisition/disposition/refinancing of commercial properties

3)  Compilation of all legal documents related to acquisition/disposition/refinancing of commercial properties.

 

Looking for:

 

1)  Detail orientated person with financial and accounting background.

2)  Able to communicate effectively with senior management both verbally and in writing.

3)  Excellent computer skills required.

4)  Power point background.

5)  Background in title or escrow is highly beneficial.

6)  BA degree highly desirable.

7)  Minimum of 5 yrs related experience.
