Continuing growth of Beverly Hills based commercial real estate developer requires the knowledge and skills of an experienced Analyst.

Responsibilities include:

*Preparation of annual budget book

*Preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports and budget forecasts, including analysis

*Preparation of consolidated proforma cash flow & requirements

*Update proforma market value of all real estate investments

*Perform complex projects & analysis as requested

Requirements:

*BS degree in Accounting or Finance

*Four years experience in real estate operations

*Proficiency in analytical software applications with advanced Excel skills

*Creative problem solving abilities

*Motivated, proactive, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills
