FREE APARTMENT - Residential Property Manager - FREE APARTMENT

 

Currently, AIMCO seeks Community Managers to oversee a 50 unit affordable property located in Chino, California. The Community Manager is responsible for all operations of the apartment community with the primary objectives of increasing the net operating income of the community, maintaining the physical asset, providing for a quality living environment for residents and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the community staff. The Community Manager performs these duties personally. The Community Manager is under limited supervision. On site personnel report to this position. Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience. HUD Experience required.

 

Help AIMCO be a leader in the Real Estate industry by acting as the Community Manager who maintains community operations; attracts residents; establishes residency; maintains physical operations; maintains financial status; identifies current and future community requirements; resolves resident dissatisfactions; secures community complex; prepares community operations reports; updates job knowledge; enhances community reputation.

 

Qualifications:

The Community Manager is responsible for all operations of an apartment community with the primary objectives of

● Ability to increase the net operating income of the community

● Ability to maintain the physical asset

● Ability to establish a positive, productive working relationship with the community staff

● 3-4 years of property management experience

● BA/BS or equivalent experience

● CAM preferred

● Tax credit experience

● Section 8 experience
