IMMEDIATE RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE :

Developing relationships with multiple referral sources such as consumers, Realtors and financial planners. Working knowledge of an array of product lines to include conforming, nonconforming and 100% financing loans. Learning World Saving policies, underwriting guidelines, and loan process. Sales presentations to prospective borrowers and referral sources. Accepting applications from new borrowers.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Mortgage sales experience is highly desired and extensive outside sales experience is required. Self initiative, creativity and a desire for success and high income potential. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
