Franchise Sales Director for Rapidly Growing Company

Dynamic individual needed for sales of real estate brokerage franchises. Manage the sales process from initial solicitation of prospect to new franchise opening. Compile list of prospective customers for use as leads, based upon information from real estate company and agent date, real estate publications, target marketing, trade shows, as well as unsolicited sales calls and other sources. Keep Regional Director informed of all contacts, follow-up and overall sales status. Travel throughout region to call on existing as well as prospective franchisees. Maintain professional knowledge reviewing industry publications and establishing networks. Must be assertive, high energy, independent, and results-oriented. Strong presentation, organization, and sales skills are essential. Real Estate or real estate related industry knowledge preferred. Draw against generous commission program.
