Responsibilities:
- Coordinates fundings with business partners and settlement agencies to prepare loan documents for closing.
- Reviews loan documents to ensure that conditions are met and loans are funded in a timely manner.
- Validates fees with business partners to ensure proper disclosure for disbursement.
- Enters loan information into the system and ensures data is correct by cross-checking with source documents.
- Prepares loan documents
- Follows up on After Funding Adjustments (AFA) and missing conditions.
- Processes and resolves return receivables.

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of funding experience in the residential lending industry.
- Good mathematical, communication, organizational and typing (35wpm) skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of generally used business software applications (preferably Excel and Word).
