Funder / Sr. Funder / Closer

 

We have multiple opportunities for experienced Closers / Funders due to our phenomenal growth and expansion. We are expanding our teams focusing on Loan Processing for Government and Conventional Loan programs supporting Retail Loan Officers. 

The ideal candidates will have experience in multi-state processing in a high volume retail environment, have a positive ?Can-Do? attitude and enjoy supporting professional Loan Officers.

The Closer / Funder is responsible for verifying and updating information in the company's loan processing system. Additional job duties include reviewing Hud-1 and signed loan documents for any discrepancies (i.e., notary info, borrower's signatures, dates, right to cancel notices and lock expirations, etc.) Answering phone calls, confirming receipt of outstanding conditions and reconciliation of final funding figures prior to disbursement of funds.

Excellent understanding of closing / funding, escrow instructions, title reports and endorsements

Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred 3 years funding experience in the residential lending industry
At least 1-2 years of Correspondent funding experience a must!
Good communication, written and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Escrow and all states
Ability to work overtime when needed, and maintain regular and punctual attendance
Strong PC skills
