Master Financial, Inc. is a 25 year old national wholesale lender specializing in diverse loan programs.  We have an array of programs that include 100% Financing, Stated Income, Combos, Second Mortgages and more?basically a loan to fit the needs of today?s borrowers.

MFI has opportunities for Funding Managers in both the corporate office in Orange, CA, and our processing center in Jacksonville, FL. 



 GENERAL DUTIES:

 

? The Funding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Wholesale Funding Department and acts as liaison between the client, closing agent and warehouse bank. 

? Includes training and cross training of personnel and certain clients. 

? Develops and implements new policies and procedures.

? Maintains daily and monthly funding totals.

? Monitors and measure standards of operational workflow and maintaining current knowledge of regulatory compliance.

? Supervises a group of from 4 to 10 funders, depending on location.

? Hires new employees.

? Recommends disciplinary action for employees up to and including termination of employment.

? Conducts performance reviews for employees.

? Trains employees as needed

? Performs other duties as may be required.
