General Manager, Mortgage Division

We are currently seeking a General Manager for our Mortgage Division. The General Manager, Mortgage will be a resourceful entrepreneur responsible for the growth and success of our Mortgage vertical which generates and sells leads to mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers and real estate professionals. This executive will be charged with leading the vertical to the next level and will be responsible for:

- Creating, driving and executing strategic and tactical marketing and operational plans within the vertical.

 

 - Understanding customer needs, market requirements and competitive trends within the specified industry vertical, and using that knowledge to further the success of projects and operations within the vertical.


- Creating and proposing new product ideas.


- Making enhancements to existing products.


- Evaluating acquisition candidates.


- Managing all mortgage team members.



EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:


- Strong business skills.


- Proven ability to maintain and grow a fast-paced, dynamic operation.


- Sharp product management skills with proven experience incubating projects from concept to implementation.


- Prior mortgage industry experience.


- Familiarity with e-commerce and use the Internet to drive business.


- Minimum 1-2 years of P&L experience with a quantifiable record of growing revenue and profits.


- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.


- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.


- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and project management capabilities.


- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and work streams.


- Ability to interact with and to develop relationships with a diverse group of personnel ranging from senior executives to middle managers to technical individual contributors.
