Gift Card Inventory Analyst

Responsible for managing giftcard inventory process for the nation’s largest gift card program. Analyst will forecast and analyze inventory needs for 225+ mall programs. Manage and order inventory for plastics, giftcards, labels, carriers, and envelopes. Responsible for creating and publishing daily and monthly sales reports for senior management. Produce and publish ad hoc reports as requested. Monitor mall and program inventory levels on a daily basis. Key priority will be to minimize giftcard inventory waste. Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor Degree and prior inventory management experience. Must possess strong understanding of Microsoft Office software, including expert level understanding of Excel (experience with formulas and working multiple spreadsheets a must). Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication, organizational and attention to detail skills are required as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
