We are looking for Associate, Healthcare Development professionals with the following experience:

? Bachelor?s Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Business Management or Finance2 or more years experience in Medical Sales (or related) or Real Estate Successful track record of sales and business development Exceptional communication and presentation skills Strong computer and analytical skills Results oriented and solution focused

Some of your responsibilities will include:

? Generating leads among healthcare providers through direct marketing effortsPerforming at least 40 to 50 prospecting cold calls weekly Participating in industry conferences and seminars Assisting with development of marketing and proposal materials Generating leads and participating in medical office space marketing and leasing

Currently, we are seeking candidates for our offices in Phoenix, AZ and Denver, CO (**Denver office located in the Tech Center). 

Generous compensation package to include, 45K Base + Development Driven Bonuses + Excellent Medical/Dental/Vision Plan and 401(k).
