Hiring Loan Placement Specialists

Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc. boasts a premier product line with the best loan programs available in the home loan market.  We are currently seeking to Loan Placement Specialist with knowledge of prime/subprime underwriting conditions to fill a position at our corporate headquarters located in Clearwater, FL interested in structuring and placing residential (first and second) mortgage loans in-house and with investors.  Successful candidate must be highly organized, analytical, comfortable in a fast paced environment, and posses the ability to work closely and communicate with loan originators, managers, and clients regarding rates, programs, etc.  Responsibilities include reviewing and restructuring loan packages for submission, locking rates, following up on loan conditions, answering borrower questions regarding loans, rates, and underwriting decisions.

 

Job Qualifications/Requirements:3 years of loan origination/processing experienceMust have knowledge of mortgage industry software, programs, and applications.Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office productsAbility to meet deadlinesAttention to detailCustomer Service skillsBilingual a plus
