Homebuilder Marketing Manager

Maracay Homes is seeking qualified candidates for our Marketing Manager opportunity.  This position requires the ability to provide leadership and coordinate all company marketing functions including:  Strategic planning, forecasting, competitive analysis, market research, new product development and launch, signage, communications and pricing.  The Marketing Manager will also develop and implement a sound marketing strategy to identify, develop and retain a strong brand and customer base.

 

This position is a direct report to our President.

 

Candidates should have a four year college degree in Marketing or a related discipline, in addition to 5 years progressive experience in Homebuilder marketing.  Must have Homebuilder specific employment history/experience in Marketing.  Applicants without this experience will not be considered.  Should have supervisory experience.
