Fuller Towne & Country Properties is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant, an experienced Showing Desk Receptionist, and Part-Time Licensed Assistants.  We are known as a leader in luxury real estate sales and seek staff members who are dedicated to excellence. 

 

The Administrative Assistant is a multi-faceted position, including office administration duties and direct support of the President of the firm.  This position is seen as the true ?go-to? support person for brokers, staff, and owners.  As such, the Administrative Assistant must be flexible, organized, and have the foresight to anticipate needs.  A can-do attitude, coupled with advanced computer skills, is the key to success in this position.

 

The Showing Desk Receptionist is the Voice of Fuller Towne and Country Properties.  We are seeking a person with an uplifting voice, proper phone etiquette skills, and a knack for pleasing clients.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working in a residential real estate showing desk environment.

 

The part-time Licensed Assistants will support high producing broker teams. In this position, the Licensed Assistant will provide administrative support by writing real estate contracts, following the transaction from conception to completion, preparing marketing materials, and giving a high level of customer service.  This position is ideal for someone who strives to remain in an administrative role in residential real estate.
