RealManage is one of the largest providers of property management services to the community association industry in the U.S. RealManage manages 90,000 units in 200 Community Associations in California and Texas, including condominium, townhouse, single-family, municipal utility districts and large master-planned communities.

 

 

 

We are currently seeking an Inquiry Processor to work with title companies for completion of Accounts.

 

Responsibilities:Handle 50-100 inquires per dayComplete statements of account for title companiesConfigure pro-rated assessments 

Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentExcellent communication/interpersonal skillsAbility to type 50 wpm and 7500 kph Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to work well independently in a fast paced and changing environmentProficiency in Microsoft officeBasic mathematic skillsTitle experience preferred
