INSIDE SALES MANAGER, KEY HOME IMPROVEMENT, (KHI)

 

The Inside Sales Manager?s daily responsibilities will include the following:

 Interview, hire, train and develop personnelProvide coaching and counselingEstablish objectives and performance standard and hold accountable for results Maintain high performance sales environment, provides sales training Manage work flow and customer service quality Participate budget preparation Responsible for overall compliance and quality control 

 

 

Qualified candidates will have: Excellent written and verbal skills along with proficient computer skills; Ability to work in a high volume environment, with excellent interpersonal, motivational, leadership, and organization skills; Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills. 

 

 

Preferred skills include: Outbound sales experience; Experience with call management technology; Experience in training and coaching outbound sales professional; knowledge of telephone up-sell and cross-sell of home equity products; Knowledge of web and direct mail channel; Minimum two years supervisory experience in sales environment; College degree or equivalent work experience.
