Castle Point Mortgage is reaching their 4 year in the industry. It has grown from 2 employees in July 2002 to currently over 250 employees. Financially, they have had tremendous success in their short tenure in the industry funding volume close to HALF A BILLION DOLLARS IN VOLUME in only their 3 year in business (2005). We are direct mortgage lenders licensed in 16 states including NJ, NY, MD, PA, CT, VA, MA, GA, MICH, WA, IL, FLA, CA, SC, DE, and MS.



What we are looking for:

Castle Point Mortgage, Inc. is seeking highly motivated loan officers with an open mind, and driven by success. $100,000+ earnings potential is easily attainable for a candidate with the proper attitude and desire. In addition, we provide a generous BENEFITS PACKAGE, and an exciting work environment.
We are very selective. Only those of high, moral, work, and attitudinal standards need apply.



How we operate:

All of Castle Point?s sales are performed over the phone. All WARM LEADS ARE PROVIDED to our loan officers (approximately 5 per day). There is NO COLD CALLING. We will train you on how to sell. Our current loan officer to manager ratio is 8 to 1 in order to properly train our loan officers.
In addition, we have a dedicated processing team including appraisal representatives, and title representatives to perform all of the back end work of the loan package.



Requirements:

Absolutely NO MORTGAGE experience is preferred. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of sales experience is preferred, but not required. If you have what we are looking for contact us today!!!!!!!!!!!!
