Investment Property Specialist, Residential Real Estate

Texan-realty.com is a small group of sales agents at the brokerage firm of Hunter Real Estate Group.  We represent investors in the acquisition, leasing, property management, and disposition of income producing property ? primarily new, single-family residences.

We are looking for people with integrity, character, and charisma!  Interpersonal skills, especially verbal communication skills, are of primary importance.  All great sales people are self motivated and goal oriented.  The ideal candidate will be someone who is also well-organized with extreme attention to detail.


This is a unique opportunity to enter the fast-growing investment sector of the real estate industry.  We provide you with the buyers and the inventory. Our clients, the buyers, are real estate investors ? many experienced, some not.  We need you to build rapport and trust with our clients, identify their needs, and ensure that those needs are met throughout the investing process.  Selling skills and the ability to close play an important part in achieving our goal of long-term client satisfaction.

 

The successful candidate will join our team as a commission-based independent contractor.  Our goal is to maintain a fun, energetic place to work, so our commissions are all team-based.  We provide comprehensive resources, and one-on-one training and support, but not salaries or benefits.  We work a traditional workday, 8:30 to 5:30 weekdays and some weekends.  This opportunity is based in our NW Houston office.
